I think what will Rogers is trying to say is that when your a doctor you can talk to your patients to see what is wrong but when you are a veterinarian you are working with animals and they cant tell you what is hurting and how bad it hurts. This is why you have to study the animal and figure out the problem, know the problem and solve the problem.
